What we liked
- + Full 48Gbps HDMI 2.1 bandwidth for 8K at 60Hz and 4K at 120Hz, where budget switches stop at 4K at 60Hz
- + Supports VRR, ALLM and HDR, the features that matter for the latest consoles
- + Three inputs with an included remote, in an aluminum housing that the listing says helps heat dissipation
Trade-offs
- - Works in one direction only: the listing notes that 1-in, 2-out use is not supported
- - Costs about twice as much as basic 4K 3-port switches, which is wasted on 4K at 60Hz sources
