What we liked
- + Eight rotating outlets plus four standard ones leave space for bulky power bricks beside a receiver and streamers.
- + 4,320 joules of surge protection with an 8-point safety system, plus protection for phone and coaxial lines.
- + The 8-foot cord with an angled flat plug reaches from a wall outlet behind an AV rack and sits close to the wall.
Trade-offs
- - Joule rating is moderate for a big system, and it does not offer the power conditioning of a dedicated AV conditioner.
- - The listing is aimed at desks and home offices, and Belkin's other 12-outlet strips in this guide are similar, so choose by outlet layout.
